Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing will be delayed until we are able to confirm your information. If we are unable to reach you with in 30 days from the date your purchase was made, your order will be subject to a Forced Refund in the form of store credit (excluding the cost of shipping). Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
Once your order has been dispatched, Priorities Apparel accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Priorities Apparel is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was shipped.
